Request Access to Your Personal Data
You have the right to request information about the personal data we have collected about you in the past 12 months.
Identity Verification Required: To protect your privacy, we require identity verification before processing data access requests.
Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
Warning: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Deleting your data will:
- Remove your email from all mailing lists
- Delete any account information we have
- Remove your data from our analytics
- Delete any support tickets or communications
- Make it difficult to use Sulla Desktop and related services
Important: After deletion, continuing to use Sulla Desktop or our services may result in new data collection, effectively opting you back in to data processing. You would need to submit a new deletion request for any subsequently collected data.

Processing Time
We will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt. Complex requests may take up to 90 days with notice.
Verification Process
To protect your privacy and security, we require identity verification for all data requests. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide with information we have on file. Your government-issued ID helps us ensure that only you can access or delete your personal information.
Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written permission from you and verify both your identity and their own.
Limitations
We may not be able to comply with requests that:
- Are excessively repetitive
- Require disproportionate technical effort
- Jeopardize the privacy of others
- Would be extremely impractical
- Relate to information not covered by CCPA
